GROUPS
CCMS Groups are scheduled on an on-going basis as needed based on numbers of interested individuals. Participants are referred through the Department of Human Services, other CCMS programs, or self/ community referrals.

This 8-week course offers two-hours weekly of direct parenting education
in a group setting. Referral to the group also
includes an outreach worker who provides in-home
instruction and follow-up to the concepts presented in
class.
Life Skills Teen Group:
The focus of this
6-week class for teenagers is to provide information on
topics such as budgeting, higher education, safe sex,
and future planning through interactive, reality-based
activities.
Kids of Divorce Group:
This 6-week kids’ group is open to any child ages 5-12 whose family is involved with The Friend of Court and has experienced the separation of parents. This group is free of charge to local families. Referrals are made by The Friend of Court, schools, community members, and parents.
